Dingle racing currachs

In Dingle the currach mainly survives as racing currach. I have investigated the excellent fleet of racing currachs there for many years. I met currach builder Eddie Hutch shortly, twice in my life and should have asked him about the development of that modified boat, evolving from a fishing currach. Someone should do that, before it is too late.
