In association with the Ballinasloe Fair and Festival 300 year anniversary, Galway County Council and Ballinasloe Fair and Festival Committee are holding a Heritage Day on October 4th.
This will include:
Launch of Ballinasloe Sound Map and Townlands Research @ 11.30am, Ballinasloe Library
Launch of Aleen Cust Film & Series of Seven Podcasts @ 2.30pm, Ballinasloe Library
Launch of ‘Tales of the Fair’ followed by a Talk by Jonny Dillon, National Folklore Collection UCD and Duchas.ie @ 7.30pm, Guillanes Hotel, Ballinasloe.
