GAA Medal

The bid day had arrived

And after all our toil

We ran onto the pitch

Which no-one could spoil

County final day,

Often rare for most

But here we were

Couldn’t help but boast

We played our hearts out

Full foot on the pedal

At the end of the game

We collected our medal.
