Description of event

Mayo North East Leader Company is presently recruiting participants for an 11 month, full time ETB training programme. The programme is fully accredited FETAC Level 5 in Cultural and Heritage Studies.

There are 8 Modules: Folklore and Ethnology, Customer Service, Archaeology, Communications, Appreciation of Irish Culture, Work Experience, Heritage and Local History.

There will also be a 3 month research element.

Persons in receipt of a social welfare payment will receive a training allowance in lieu of their SW payment. Persons not in receipt of a payment can participate but will not receive an allowance.
